Here is an excellent video tutorial from Google Guru featuring some important tips to help teachers use Google Forms for grading rubrics. This tutorial will walk you through the process of creating a simple multi-purpose form for your classroom which you can use for any kind of assignment you give to your students. You will also get to learn how to add grids to your form, evaluate students work and collect responses in a spreadsheet.  Watch the video to learn more.

For those of you who are not in the picture yet, Google Forms released three interesting updates a few days ago. The one that I like the most and which I am sure many of you are looking forward to is limiting form responses to one person. Using this new feature, you , the creator of the form, will be able to get one answer per person by simply turning on the "only allow one response per user" feature in your settings. Similarly, you can also limit people to one response per column for grid-style questions using the new option under"advanced settings".
