Chemist iPad app is now free for a limited time (regular price is $4,99). Chemist is a virtual chemistry lab that allows students and teachers to do the kind of work they would normally do in a brick and mortar chemistry lab. They can conduct experiments, explore chemistry reactions, and mix chemicals to enhance their chemistry learning.
Chemist also provides a 3D stage which enables students to do their experiments and view them from different angles. Using Chemist virtual lab enables students to "Conduct dangerous experiments without worrying about breaking beakers or getting cut by broken glass. To avoid explosions and be able the see the reactions of the chemicals without breaking the containers, turn off the Explosive option to disable all explosions."
